Issue/Introduction

If you edit the description field of a case from the xflow interface by changing any characters to bold or italic, the save button is not automatically displayed.

Environment

Service Management 17.2

Resolution

Add a space character to the end of the description field.

A fix will be included with release 17.4 RU4.
