Issue/Introduction

  • DX OI/APM SaaS customer has UIM on premise.
  • I have integrated UIM with OI (via the apm_bridge and oi_connector probes).
  • Everything looks good in the logs, but in looking at the DX OI screens, there seems to not be any UIM data.
  • How can I verify that the data is being received at the SaaS end?

The Connector Health dashboard is available only to a Tenant Administrator.

To make this dashboard available to other users, save the required dashboard to a different folder.

Follow these steps:
  1. Open the dashboard.

  2. Click the Dashboard Settings icon on the top-right corner.

  3. Click Save As on the General Settings page.

  4. Enter a name for the dashboard.

  5. Select the folder to copy the dashboard to.

  6. (Optional) Click to enable Copy tags.

  7. Click Save.

The dashboard is saved in the selected folder and is now visible to other users.
