Sometimes the client's COF (Container Order File) jobs don't become visible in the DSM explorer, until the "SWJORDER\MCUDict.xml"
is deleted from the Agent's Scalability Server.
The the XML file MCUDict.xml contains manually created (pre-registered) Units information.

There's a testfix CU7 T55V443 regarding a similar problem with the SD Agent registration process where its not fully
completing. This results in data not being sent because it thinks the Agent is not fully registered. The fix should forces
a send of the outstanding job and software records.
