Error during NSX V to T Cleanup Phase - Cannot delete subnet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/xx as it has an IP Addresses in use

Issue/Introduction

NSX V to T Cleanup Fails.

Error in vCloud Director UI shows:

Cannot delete subnet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/xx as it has an IP Addresses in use

Environment

Cloud Director 10.x

Cause

Stale records in the DB related to IP Usage.

Resolution

Confirm that there are no IPs for this network in use, navigate to External Networks -> Select Network Name -> Configuration -> IP Usage, the column VM should be blank, then create a case to Support with the DB Backup for assistance removing stale Allocated IP Address from DB.
