Failed installation on RHEL due to some libs unavailable

Issue/Introduction

Can't install the 12.9 GA (12.9.0.54) which comes with the DVD ISO on RHEL 7 and RHEL 8.

No package libnsl.i686 available.
No package libxcrypt-compat.i686 available.
No package libxcrypt.i686 available.

CA Configuration Automation - 12.9

Resolution

It requires some missing libraries installed according to the CCA 12.9 Agent Linux compatibility matrix:

"Note
The CentOS Linux, RHEL 7, and RHEL 8 require that the agent host has the following components installed: 
compat-libstdc++-33 and libXp-1.0.0-8.1.el5."
