Inventory is Missing Intermittently in VMware Cloud Director

Issue/Introduction

• After logging into the Provider UI you notice the Inventory is missing.  
• Organizations and Organization vDCs are showing 0 results.
• The UI will load intermittently. 

Environment

• VMware Cloud Director 9.x
• VMware Cloud Director 10.x

Resolution

This occurs when there is a site association configured in VMware Cloud Director and is showing "disconnected". 

Delete the site association. 

1. Navigate to the Provider UI > Administration > Multisite. 

2. To delete an association, on the card of the site, select Actions > Delete.
