Issue/Introduction

We are seeing the following error while accessing the endpoint in JCS_daily log:

ERROR  - JNDIConnectionFactory [ldap://hostname:443]:problem creating InitialLdapContext, Even after trying second time javax.naming.ServiceUnavailableException: [LDAP: error code 52 - Unavailable]
[ApacheDS Worker-thread-13] (:com.ca.commons.jndi.pool.ConnectionPool:54) ERROR  - ConnectionPool [JNDIConnectionFactory [ldap://hostname:443]: 0/-1 idle, 0/20 active]: problem borrowing connection
javax.naming.ServiceUnavailableException: [LDAP: error code 52 - Unavailable]

Environment

Identity Manager 14.5 

Cause

Endpoint is offline

Resolution

Restarting the endpoint should resolve the issue.
