Issue/Introduction
If there is no usage, then there will be no recommendations.
Resolution
The first step is to check on the supported services, then confirm if there is usage for any of the services. In the following screenshot the supported services are Redshift, ElastiCache, OpenSearch, and DynamoDB. In this case, there is not any usage of these services and therefore the platform will not make any recommendations:
