Downloading tcServer products from online artifactory server

Issue/Introduction

This KB article goes over the steps to download tcServer products via the Artifactory server in the browser.

Resolution

1. Browse to the link https://support.broadcom.com/group/ecx/productdownloads?subfamily=Spring%20Enterprise%20Subscription 

2. Click the Token Access tab: 

3. Click the Green Link icon to pull up the access token: 

4. After pulling up the Token screen, scroll down to the Password / Access Token section and copy the token. The token will start with the string "ey"

5. Navigate to https://packages.broadcom.com/artifactory/spring-enterprise/com/vmware/tanzu/tcserver/ in the browser. You will notice that you will be prompted for a username and password. For the username, enter the email that you used to sign into the Broadcom Support portal. For the password, enter the token that we got in step 4. After entering those values, click the "Sign in" button: 

6. After signing in, you should see a web page that looks like this:

7. We can now navigate to the desired tcServer version that we want to download. For example, we will download the tcServer zip file located at https://packages.broadcom.com/artifactory/spring-enterprise/com/vmware/tanzu/tcserver/tanzu-tc-server/10.1.33.C/tanzu-tc-server-10.1.33.C.zip
