Cannot download older WSS Agents builds from Portal

Issue/Introduction

Cloud SWG admins can no longer download any WSS Agent builds from the 'Maintenance' or 'Other release' sections.

WSS Agent 'Maintenance' or 'Other release' drop downs showing no releases. 

There's no issues with stamper process as Admin can download the latest WSS Agent build without issues.

Cloud SWG Admin only sees one WSS Agent download for Windows and macOS.

Resolution

Working as designed per our WSS Agent supportability statement. Based on this:

• Production portal only shows our supported versions: At the time, only 9.x is still supported and 8.x and earlier are EOL.
• We only support the "latest" for any major release (i.e. right now, we only support 9.7.1 - older than it are also EOL).
• When we publish a maintenance release, they will be available in parallel with the recommended release.
  • When it gets promoted to recommended, then there will be just the recommended release.
