Is exporting a file as a pdf from office a supported function?

Issue/Introduction

It was discovered that exporting a file as a pdf has a different result than printing a file to pdf within office applications. 

 

Resolution

Unless the file was exported to a monitored location such as a cloud sync folder or removable media, File -> Export -> save as pdf, is not monitored.
