SARTIA09 Sysout group is not on expanded access tape
Customer was able to access a job outputs where SARSTC is running but not from other systems in a SYSPLEX
SAREAS is running fine on all LPARs
In the Primary system the customer was able to access the jobs on the tape as well as disk but in their Secondary system the customer was able to access the jobs on disk only and not tape.
The EASTNAME in the secondary systems were not unique so the probable cause could be that the EAS task was not able to fetch the database details.
The customer was recommend to change their EASTNAME in the secondary system to a unique name. It worked fine after changing the EASTNAME.
