Running autosys_secure without having application server running

Issue/Introduction

autosys_secure requires that the application server is running. However there might be a need to run "autosys_secure" without an active application server.

Cause

autosys_secure uses by default the autosys light client which requires the application server.

Resolution

Run "autosys_secure" using the autosys fat client.

This can be done by exporting an autosys environmental variable as follows

export AS_TXLOCAL=1
