[VLCR] Read Only Roles for VLCR does not honor the permitted operations

Issue/Introduction

The user roles such as Data protection Auditor, Global console Admin, Deployment admin (activation) allows users to delete certian vLCR components such as recovery SDDC, Cloud Filesystems etc. These roles should not permit users to delete the entities per documentation User Roles and Permitted Operations

For instance, the below roles permit users to delete Cloud filesystem where as, it should not :

• Data protection Auditor - The role is permits delete for rSDDC and Cloud filesystem.
• Global console Admin - The role permits  delete for rSDDC and Cloud filesystem. 
• Deployment Admin (activation) - The role permists delete rSDDC and Cloud filesystem.

VMware Live Cyber Recovery 7.27.x

Cause

This is a UI bug.

Resolution

The fix is slated to be released in the next major version of VMware Live Cyber Recovery.
