Issue/Introduction

• There is an NSQL portlet that has a parameter to filter for specific records
• This NSQL portlet fetches instances of a particular object
• A channel is created from the Modern UX. The channel passes the URL into the Classic UI page that holds the NSQL portlet
• It is observed that records can be filtered based on the parameters passed in the URL
• Another object based portlet is created
• A channel is created in a similar fashion to the page that holds this object based portlet
• It is observed that records cannot be filtered upon based on the parameters passed in the channel URL

Resolution

• This is as expected.
