Issue/Introduction

The purpose of this KB article is to inform customers that Broadcom is announcing the End of Support of NSX Cloud for new deployments with AWS/Azure Workloads

Please refer to NSX 4.1.2 Release Notes and NSX 4.2 Release Notes where the intent on end of support was published.

Note: Existing NSX Cloud deployments will continue to receive support with active support contracts until End of Service date of NSX 3.x or April 7th, 2025 whichever is earlier. Refer to Broadcom Product Lifecycle for more details on End of Service date.

VMware NSX Cloud for AWS and Azure Workloads

Resolution

NSX Cloud has reached End of Support for new deployments starting October 17th 2024. For existing NSX Cloud environments running NSX 3.x, Broadcom recommends not to upgrade NSX Cloud instances to NSX 4.1.2 and beyond. Refer to NSX 4.1.2 Release Notes and NSX 4.2 Release Notes
