Can Non-labor resources do timesheets in MUX

Issue/Introduction

In Classic Clarity, the non-labor resources can be open for time entry with Track Mode = PPM and can then do timesheets.

However, in MUX, even with these settings, the non-labor resources are not shown on any of the timesheet pages and therefore, time cannot be entered for them.

Resolution

The decision was made to not allow non-labor resources to enter time in MUX.  All non-labor entries should be done using Financial Transactions.

Timesheets are to record time (actual labor hours) and non-labor are not recording work hours.
