Issue/Introduction

When we schedule the Jaspersoft Studio Based Report and after 18 mins the report fail.

Error Message: Caused by: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: An I/O error occurred while sending to the backend.

Error message: Caused by: java.net.SocketException: Socket closed

 

Cause

The Report is Timing out

Resolution

- Run the Report with more "Filters" 

- Optimize the Custom Query for the Report.
