Issue/Introduction

Q1. Average user Retention has a value of 0 across 1 day, 7 day and 30 day, we need to understand how this is calculated.

Q2.How are screen flows made ? Because what's displayed for this app doesn't make any sense

Q3. We are seeing a url in the Network performance (with !RDM) which we can't find in any session, where is this url coming from ?

Q4. Is it possible to have 1 AXA app for 2 domains ?

Resolution

A1. This provides information about the ability of your application to retain an active user. When the customer clicks on it, they can see detailed bar chart with more details. The bar chart represents the percentage of users who returned to the application (mobile or web) after their initial access. For more details check User Retention

We use customerid information to check whether the same user returned to the application and when was the last access.

A2. The screenshot shared by customer is called "User Flow". The User Flow is a pictorial representation of the paths users take from the starting screen in the application during the selected time period. This view also displays the number of sessions, crashes, and drops for each screen in the application.See Screen Flow

A3. Do you see any data when clicking on the URL with RDM!? It should show a list of sessions that include this url.

The "!RDM" comes when axa backend normalises the url.

A4.Use Dashboard with same snippet.
