Issue/Introduction

• In Aria Automation, under Infrastructure>Administration>Secrets, the following error is displayed when trying to view the list of secrets "error: Internal server error! Error id: <id number>"
• No secrets are listed and actions that reference these secrets are failing.

• Additionally, you may see deployments that have actions that reference secrets failing because for this issue:

Environment

Aria Automation 8.18.x

Cause

This issue impacts the Project Service. When the Administrator → Secrets tab invokes the /platform/api/secrets API, the request is not handled correctly by the Project Service, leading to the observed behavior.

Resolution

The issue has been resolved in vRA 8.18.1 Update 1 and all subsequent releases.
