UIM OC Account users are unable to edit dashboard designer dashboards

Issue/Introduction

We want to allow OC account users to edit and create dashboards but no matter what ACL we use, they only have read access. They can use list designer, and observability views just fine.

Environment

20.4 and above

Cause

Dashboard designer can directly access the UIM database and only real nimbus users can edit and create dashboards using dashboard designer.

Resolution

Delete their account from OC account contact and create their account in IM and assign the ACL you wish them to use.
