SEP mobile devices on IOS slow to authenticate using SAML, and slow browsing internet

Issue/Introduction

JAMF used to push SEP mobile out to all corporate IOS devices.

Certain users have SEP MOBILE web redirect policy applied, so that it redirects to Cloud SWG.

These users periodically report slowness authenticating (SAML IDP login page is slow to render).

After authentication, internet access can sometimes be extremely slow - page rendering can take minutes.

Users predominantly connected to London data center, but one user in Frankfurt also reported the issue.

Environment

SEP Mobile.

IOS devices.

Web redirect policy enabled.

Cause

Bug with SEP mobile IOS 6.20.x builds.

Resolution

Apply SEP mobile builds 6.21.1 or greater, available from the IOS app store.

Additional Information

Updated WSS libraries to address the issue.
