We need to change the port number of Vantage GMI interface

Issue/Introduction

We need to change the port number of Vantage GMI (web interface of SYSVIEW) to be other than the default 8080. 
What is the best way to do this without re-installing the product?

 

Resolution

The port number is specified in the SERVER.XML file, located in the Vantage GMI Runtime Tomcat Config library.  The port 8080 is defined in this file twice; change these two values to change the port. 

A restart of the SAMS STC and VANT GmI STC is needed to activate the new port number.
