1. Log into Central Management Console using CABI/BOXI Administrator account.
2. Select "Promotion Management" from the 'Manage' section.

3. Click on 'New Job'.

4. Fill in the following information and click on the 'Create' button.
Name: Type Job Name (i.e. Backup)
Save Job in: Select a folder where you would like to store the job in.
Source: Select "Log in to a New CMS" and type BOXI System Name, User Name and Password, and then click on 'Login'.
Destination: Select "Output to LCMBIAR File".

5. From a list of the displayed Objects, select Objects you would like to take backup. Then click on ' Add & Close'.

6. Click on 'Promote'.

7. On the displayed Promotion screen, click on 'Export' and save *.lcmbiar file.

1. On the CABI server you would like to restore the backup data, log into Central Management Console using CABI/BOXI Administrator account and open the Promotion Management screen.
2. Select Import-> Import File and choose *.lcmbiar file that was created when report content was backed up click 'OK'.

3. On the displayed Job screen, fill in the following and click on 'Create'.
Name: Type Job Name
Save Job in: Select a folder where you would like to store the job in.
Source: Select "From File".
Destination: Select "Log in to a New CMS" and type BOXI System Name or select server name from the pull-down list, User Name and Password. Click on 'Login'

4. Click on 'Promote' on the Promotion job screen to begin the restoration process
