Resource pool not deleted in vCenter after deleting the Organization VDC and Organization in VMware Cloud Director

Issue/Introduction

• You deleted the Organization VDC and the Organization in VMware Cloud Director (VCD).
• During the deletion the objects were added to the stranded items and you then force deleted them from the stranded items.
• The Resource Pool (RP) related to the deleted Organization VDC still exists in vCenter and it is empty.

Environment

 VMware Cloud Director 10.x

Resolution

Delete the RP related to the deleted Organization VDC from vCenter. You can refer to the vSphere documentation Remove a Resource Pool
