You want to enable email quarantine for your account.

Email Quarantine Portal
Resolution
The email quarantine portal is not enabled by default. To activate it, follow these steps:
- Contact the support team for assistance.
- Provide the necessary account details and specify your request to enable the email quarantine portal.
- Once activated, you will be provided with a link to access the portal based on your account provisioning:
- For US accounts: us.quarantine.symantec.com
- For EU accounts: eu.quarantine.symantec.com
