MUX Timesheets performance: filtering by time periods

Issue/Introduction

Some users with limited access rights have are having performance issues when loading their timesheets in MUX when they filter by time periods.

Environment

Clarity 16.2.X

Cause

The time period is being filtered down twice with different expression

Resolution

Modify the filters to accommodate the time period = current on the default filter instead of adding a new filter field

When the filter is modified as follows there is no issue
