Issue/Introduction

In the Service Point mobile app, the login is failing intermittently in both IOS and Android devices, getting an error "unable to connect to server".

In order to fix it need to restart the server.

Environment

CA Service Desk Manager 17.4

CA Service Point Mobile app 1.7.2

Resolution

The fix for this issue will be part of the next Service Point mobile app release.
