Problem: 
 
Data aggregator’s dcdebug page is not opening
 
Environment:  
 
Redhat Linux
 

Cause

DA Services sometimes fails to respond to requests on 8581 port due to internal services issue.

Release: IMDAGG99000-2.5-Infrastructure Management-Data Aggregator

Resolution

Please follow the below steps inorder to resolve this

  1. Take a putty session to Data Aggregator machine

 

  1. Stop DA services with below command

 

service dadaemon stop

 

  1. Now take a backup of below folder:

 

/opt/IMDataAggregator/apache-karaf-2.3.0/data

 

mv /opt/IMDataAggregator/apache-karaf-2.3.0/data /opt/IMDataAggregator/apache-karaf-2.3.0/data_old

 

  1. Delete the data folder.

 

rm –rf /opt/IMDataAggregator/apache-karaf-2.3.0/data

 

  1. Start DA Services

 

service dadaemon start.

 

  1. Wait for 10 to 15 mins and dcdebug page should open good.
