CA Service Management - Service Desk Manager

Issue/Introduction

Need to deploy SDM on RHEL 9.x but it is not certified as per the supportability matrix.

Service Desk Manager 17.4

Resolution

Rally feature request F152186 is raised for RHEL 9.x certification with CA Service Management. It will be updated after the in-house QA test cycle.
