Cannot perform SharePoint re-scan

Issue/Introduction

You are trying to perform SharePoint re-scan, you have uploaded csv file and changed the Data Range to maximum (Last 3650 days). The re-scan estimate has been processed successfully but there the file count is 0 and the Re-scan Now button is greyed out. 

Cause

The Office 365 Securlet's Sites scanning feature has not been enabled.

Resolution

You need to deactivate the Securlet and then reactivate following the Activate the O365 Securlet techdoc, and make sure to select Sites (step 10) and follow the instructions in PHASE 2 - Import Sites to complete the setup.
