Since Jaspersoft 9.0 scheduled Reports with repository links is prompted for authentication

Issue/Introduction

Reports scheduled as repository links in Advanced reporting are now pointed to the Jaspersoft report server URL and report users are now prompted for authentication.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In Advanced Reporting, right-click on the Report and select Schedule
2. Click 'Create Schedule'
3. From the 'Output Options' tab > Scroll down to 'Output Destination'
4. View the 'Output to Repository' path
5. select a repository path that the user should generally have read/write permissions

Expected Result:

The report URL received in the notification opens seamlessly for the report consumer.
Example:https://cppmxxxx-uat.ondemand.ca.com/reportservice/fileview/fileview/users/CSK_ADM_PPMSchema.xlsx

Actual Result:

The Report URL points to the Jaspersoft standalone URL which needs authentication which is not available for report usersExample: https://cppmrptxxxx.ondemand.ca.com/reportservice/fileview/fileview/users/CSK_ADM_PPMSchema.xlsx

Resolution

DE156519, fixed in Jaspersoft 9.0 Patch 2.

Workaround: Manually replace the root domain part of the URL. i.e. cppmrptxxxx.ondemand.ca.com to cppmxxxx-uat.ondemand.ca.com.
