Policy name is not included in the Admin Audit logs when the policy is deleted

Issue/Introduction

Deletion of a Custom Filter policy does not log the name of the policy in the Audit log. The following sequence is the logs for an addition, modification and then deletion of a content filtering policy, notice the name is missing from the deletion:

Nov 25 2024 08:49:31 - User 'admin' has logged in.
Nov 25 2024 08:50:36 - The content filtering policy 'Test Policy' has been added by admin.
Nov 25 2024 08:51:25 - The content filtering policy 'Test Policy' has been changed by admin.
Nov 25 2024 08:51:34 - The content filtering policy '' has been deleted by admin.
