Issue/Introduction

When trying to enable vSAN ESA with Encryption via the Web Client, the tasks fails with:

 

Environment

  • vSAN 8.0
  • The affected Cluster was previously used as a OSA Cluster

Resolution

Please proceed with opening a Ticket with VMware by Broadcom Technical Support and reference this KB in the case description for further analysis.
