How to check that Brightside features are being used?
Developers are using zowe scripts to push their changes through endevor web services.
If Brightside is used, is there an entry in SCRT, or some other way how we can definitely identify it's usage?
Component: Endevor, Brighside
The subscription-based Brightside offering includes access to and support for the following software:

The Web Services Feature Registration and Event Logging has been added with the PTF LU13088.
You can find the following information from Endevor 19.0 documentation:
See "Web Services Feature Registration and Event Logging (PTF LU13088)"
This enhancement enables Endevor Web Services and the interfaces that connect with Web Services to use the IBM Feature Registration Service (FRS).
This enhancement also adds new items to the SCRT (Sub-Capacity Reporting Tool) SMF data.
To see the updated content in the SCRT reports, you must also apply the Common Components and Services 15.0 PTF LU14236 ("ISV Product Catalog Updates").
In addition to feature registration, this enhancement also introduces optional usage logging for the Endevor REST API.
For more information about usage logging, see the "Configuration File Template" section of Create the Web Services Configuration File.
Note that the PTF LU14676 should be also applied if necessary, review the description;
See "WEB SERVICES TOMCAT DOES NOT CLOSE CONFIG FILE EDC5124I (PTF LU14676)
The SCRT/Logging feature is required to determine the usage of Zowe CLI, other Broadcom clients of Endevor Web Services, including solutions supported under Brightside licence. It applies to all Brightside stand-alone solutions accessing Endevor;
There is a specific case when SMF could indicate Zowe CLI was used, ie:
When adding or retrieving elements via the CLI, looking at "via Zowe CLI command" in the retrieve/add DSN pointed to by the SM2FAOFF in the SM2ENVDS section of the Element Action SMF record.
But not finding this information in the SMFs doesn't prove Zowe wasn't used for other actions, then Broadcom definitely recommends using the SCRT feature instead.
