Error: "NO_FEASIBLE_PLACEMENT_SOLUTION" when editing a VM network adapter

Issue/Introduction

• Editing the VM network adapter fails with the error reported below:
  
  [ ########-####-####-########07b4 ] The operation failed because no suitable resource was found. Out of 1 candidate hubs:
               1 hubs eliminated because: No valid storage containers found for VirtualMachine "########-####-####-########6733". All 9 available storage containers were filtered out as being invalid.  Rejected hubs: resgroup-####
Storage containers were rejected for the following reasons:
               8 storage containers rejected because: They are not in the list of required datastores. The required datastores are [name: <datastore name>, moref: datastore-#####].  Rejected storage containers: <datastore list>
               1 storage containers rejected because: They do not support the required storage policy: <Storage policy Name>.  Rejected storage containers:  <datastore list>- PlacementException NO_FEASIBLE_PLACEMENT_SOLUTION
  
  
• The storage policy created on vCenter does not include the datastore listed in the error message and rejected.

Cause

The storage policy created on vCenter does not include the datastore listed in the error message and rejected.

Resolution

Review the storage policy reported in the error and the datastore tags on vCenter to be sure the needed datastore are added to the policy.
