Issue/Introduction

How to control the execution permission of JOBs from DX OI remediation Workflows integrated with Automic per user?

Resolution

A custom role will need to be created, with the DX Platform->All Features->Settings->Automation->Execute Automic Jobs selected.

If the customer has SAML configured, then the user's group will need to be configured on the role.  If using Local BasicAuth, then the user's role can be assigned in the user details panel of the 'Users' tile.

Creating a custom role with 'Execute Automic Jobs' access allows custom role user to execute the jobs for the Alarms.
