Hyperlinked Clarity project missing banner when clicking links too quickly in succession

Issue/Introduction

Clarity Project banner missing when clicking links too quickly in succession (right click and select open in new tab)

Steps to reproduce:
1) From a list of links to Clarity projects
2) Select 5 MUX project detail links quickly in a row, i.e., right click and select open in new tab
Expected results: The Project Banner loads successfully
Actual results: Project loads but on some projects clicking links too quickly in succession causes Banner not to load
Workaround: Click refresh page button to load the Banner

Issue reproduced using the following scenarios:
1) A list of links coming from web app like onenote, dropbox paper, or google drive
2) MUX 'Links' module, create 4 or 5 links like... /pm/#/project/0000000/details, and quickly open multiple projects
3) MUX project common page, paste a few project links into the description column, save the view, export the view and then uploaded file to google sheets then right click and select open in new tab (example attached)
