where 14.4.2 is already installed.

Prerequisites

• Existing Installation: Ensure that the 14.4.2 Remote Windows Connector Server is installed and running on the machine.
• Download 14.5 Installer: Download the Windows Connector Server 14.5 installer from the official support site.

Upgrade Steps

1. Backup Existing Configuration:

   • Before proceeding with the upgrade, it is recommended to back up the existing configuration to prevent any data loss.

2. Download 14.5 Installer:

   • Navigate to the official support site and download the Windows Connector Server 14.5 installer.

3. Run the 14.5 Installer:

   • Execute the downloaded 14.5 installer on the machine where 14.4.2 is installed.
   • The installer will detect the existing 14.4.2 installation and prompt for an upgrade.

4. Follow Installation Prompts:

   • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upgrade process. The installer will automatically update the existing installation to version 14.5.

5. Verify Upgrade:
