Issue/Introduction

This article gives you information on how to map endpoint groups in SEEMS configuration manager? 

Resolution

I created two Org Units Groups --> Engineering & Support and a Test Group. 

I tried to re-sych the AD services  -- Tried to add a Test group 

Now it synchs and shows all the available Endpoint Groups created in Organization Unit 

Selected Support Endpoint Group

I assigned the roles accordingly to the selected Group.

  Native policies are designed for deployment to computers that Active Directory does not manage. Policies are applied when the client checks in with Symantec Endpoint Encryption Management Server. After Check-in SEE pulls the data of all endpoints and shows up in the below Managed computers SEE Unassiged group. 

 

Mapped Endpoint Groups is not designed for Native Policy configuration.
