NSX-T vib not installing due to the image not being compliant.

Issue/Introduction

On the Lifecycle manager, you encounter error similar to: 

Failed to install software on host. Solution apply failed on host:'<esxi_hostname>' Failed to run health checks for NSX-T on '<esxi_hostname>'.Solution apply failed on host '<esxi_hostname>''

Task Name: Apply NSX Solution 

A general system error occurred: Solution apply failed on host: '<esxi_hostname>'

Host is out of compliance with the image

Resolution

1. Remediate the cluster image first, before remediating NSX itself, as is described in the document: Prepare an NSX-T Cluster with vSphere Lifecycle Manager.
2. Hosts need to be compliant before NSX is going to push the NSX VIBs via VLCM-Solution on the hosts.
   
   

As a workaround, you can install NSX vib manually on esxi host: Downloading NSX VIB bundles for ESXi hosts from NSX Manager Appliances
