Link to Aria Operations in vSphere, in the 'Aria Operations' tab of the main menu, shows IP instead of FQDN

Issue/Introduction

The Aria Operations plugin for vSphere is configured in vSphere but the link to Aria Operations shows the IP for that instance, not the FQDN

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.0

vSphere 8.0.3

Cause

The Aria Operations plugin for vSphere does not support DNS.

Resolution

There is no resolution for this at the moment.

Additional Information

The IP used in vSphere will equal the IP of the collector where the vSphere adapter is configured in Aria Operations. This includes if you use a Cloud Proxy to collect.
