Issue/Introduction

Issue:

After extending the CA Datacom Dataquery Batch Work Table (DQW) successfully followed by DBUTLTY with ACCESS STATUS=WRITE,DBID=003 attempt to run online DQRY transaction in the CICS region displays error:

  DQ027E - REQUEST FAILED DUE TO SYSTEM ERROR - DB RETURN 36-192 REDKYDQPDQPKY

Environment:

CICS/TS

Cause:

Datacom return code 36(192) in the DQ027E means that the User Requirements Table (URT) containing the requested table was closed. The CICS URT for the Dataquery DBID 003 was not open in the CICS region.

Resolution:

Open the URT that contained the requested table. In the CICS region, issue:

DBOC OPEN=003
