SEP / SES のサービス終了日を確認する方法

Issue/Introduction

Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) / Symantec Endpoint Security (SES) のサービス終了日 (End of Service) を確認したい。

Resolution

サービス終了日の情報は、以下の手順で参照できる Broadcom 製品ライフサイクル のページに記載されています。

1. Broadcom サポートポータル にログインします。 
2. 右上のメニューで [部門] のドロップダウンをクリックして、[Cyber Security Software] を選択します。
   
3. 右サイドバーの [Quick Links] にある [Product Lifecycle] をクリックします。
   
4. [Search Product Name] 欄に Endpoint Protection もしくは Endpoint Security と入力して表示される製品名をクリックします。
   
5. [Show results] をクリックするとサービス終了日を含む情報が表示されます。
   

注: 表示上の問題で、同じバージョンが二段表示されているものがあります。
