'Error: An error occurred during the initialization.' when trying to delete a virtual machine from VMware Cloud DIretor UI

Issue/Introduction

When you are trying to delete a virtual machine from VMware Cloud Director UI you across the error. 

1. Go to the option Virtual Machines (VMs) in VMware Cloud Director from the sidebar and select tile display for the VMs and then try to delete the VM.
2. Now click on All Virtual Datacenters tab on the top, to go the list of Organization VDCs (OrgVDCs).
3. This shows the error: An error occurred during the initialization.
   
   

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.0

Resolution

This is a known issue affecting VMware Cloud Director 10.x.
Currently, there is no permanent resolution.

WORKAROUND:

To resolve the issue currently, when the 'Error: An error occurred during the initialization.' pops up click on RETRY option to delete the VM from the VMware Cloud Director UI.
