Issue/Introduction

Question:

Running the TSSUTIL to report all events for a given ACID and trying to understand what R-ACCESS field with ALTER mean?

Answer:

ALTER is a RACF access. The TSS equivalent access to ALTER is ALL
access or a combination of CONTROL+SCRATCH+CREATE accesses.
The ALTER call is an IBM restriction.
You can can specify an access of CONTROL,CREATE,SCRATCH, that would
match the ALTER bit setting.
