Why did I receive only a small number of informational (RIxxxxx) PTFs when I selected CA Common Services maintenance with the following parameters from support.ca.com > Download Center > Published Solutions?

  • Operating System:  Z/OS  
  • Gen Level:  S1401

  • CA Common Services r14.1

 

Answer: 

You received only a small number of informational (RIxxxxx) PTFs because the Operating System parameter of 'Z/OS' limited the selection of the PTFs.  To select all of the additional PTFs, enter the Operating System parameter of 'OS'.
