Analytics widget shows no info on AAKE/SaaS systems

Issue/Introduction

On version 24, prior to 24.2.0 HF2, setting up an Analytics widget does not show any data even though all components are running as expected and there is data to show.

Environment

Affects 24.2.0 HF1 and below

Cause

This is caused by a defect where there is no sync between AE and Analytics DB.

Resolution

This is fixed with the Automation Engine component in the following releases:

21.0.12 HF2 
21.0.13
24.2.0 HF2
24.3.0

Please note all core components (Utility, initialdata, Automation Engine, and AWI) must be on the same major version, minor version, service pack and hotfix (where applicable)
