Missing Route This route is not supported error is presented when connecting to vCenter UI

Issue/Introduction

• Connecting to vCenter over GlobalProtect Clientless VPN gives the error: "This route is not supported"
  
  
• The error does not occur on vCenter 8.0 U2

Environment

vCenter 8.0 U3 or newer

Cause

The version of GlobalProtect Clientless VPN available at the time this KB was written does not support JavaScript ES6 Clientless VPN Overview

Resolution

Consider one of the following options:

1. Restore vCenter back to 8.0 U2
2. Do not use Clientless VPN to access vCenter
3. Contact VPN vendor for a version of the software that supports JavaScript ES6 or newer
