Issue/Introduction

We have a new Team Member and we want to add them into Connect All Prod Instance with ADMIN Privileges.  We are using SSO and the user was able to login using SSO successfully, but we don't see the user in the User Management screen.  The user can not see anything when logged into ConnectALL.  The screens are blank.  We are also seeing an error that the user exists when trying to add the user manually.

Resolution

Please open a case with ConnectALL Support so we can assist with this.
